Parrot island waterpark hosts coats for kids winter coat drive

New and gently used coats for men, women, and children of all sizes will be accepted. Dona- tions can be made at Parrot Island Waterpark during office hours. Now until August 11, Parrot Island is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. August 12 through September 2, Parrot Is- land will be open Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Season calendar available at parrotislandwaterpark.com.
Those who donate to Coats for Kids at Parrot Island Waterpark will be given a coupon for a BOGO (Buy One Get One Free) Day Pass to use during the 2019 or 2020 season. One coupon per coat will be distributed.
"The Salvation Army is excited to partner with Parrot Island Waterpark to host a Coat Drive. Coats donated during this time will be given away during the annual community Thanksgiving Day Lunch at The Salvation Army. After this, they are stored at our Family Store and clients can come into our office to get a voucher to pick up a coat. 2020 Season Passes are on sale now at 10% off 2019 prices. Guests who purchase their 2020 Season Passes now will receive the remainder of the 2019 season for free. Prices for the 2020 Season Pass start as low as $53. Guests are encouraged to purchase their passes now as this is a discounted offer.
