American Resort Management to Bring a World-Class Waterpark and Resort to West Greeley Entertainment District

GREELEY, CO — [September 25, 2025] - American Resort Management (ARM), a nationally recognized leader in waterpark and resort development, proudly announces its role in shaping the West Greeley Catalyst and Cascadia Districts, a transformative destination now officially under construction.  

The groundbreaking, led in partnership with the City of Greeley, The Water Valley Company, and PCL Construction, marks the start of an ambitious project that will redefine entertainment and leisure in Northern Colorado. While the district will feature an arena, ice center, retail, dining, and vibrant gathering spaces, the crown jewel will be a state-of-the-art waterpark resort developed and operated by ARM.

The ARM waterpark and resort will anchor the district as its family-focused centerpiece, combining thrilling attractions, a full-service hotel, and world-class guest experiences that will fuel tourism, overnight stays, and regional economic growth.

The broader entertainment district will also include a new multi-purpose arena—future home of the Colorado Eagles—as well as restaurants, retail, and community-focused public spaces. Infrastructure work, including roads, water, sewer, and utilities, is the first step toward bringing the entire vision to life, with phased openings planned through 2028.
