The corporate offices at American Resort Management, LLC will monitor all aspects of the hotel's daily performance through its reporting systems for revenue, expense and labor controls. Daily reports are reviewed by our corporate team and operational adjustments are discussed with the on site management team as needed. Yield and rate management is also directed at the corporate level. Routine sales and marketing meetings are conducted on site and by teleconference. Audits are conducted by members of the executive team on a routine and random basis ensuring optimal performance is being achieved.
