Thomas Makowski
Executive Vice President, Project Management & Aquatic Construction

Thomas has over 30 years of experience in the Construction, development and operation of water parks and flat surface pool construction. In addition to serving as American Resort Management, LLC Executive Vice President, Tom is the President of Aquatic Pools and Construction, Inc. He has constructed numerous outdoor water parks around the country and most recently has been working on several indoor water parks to include, Splash Lagoon in Erie, PA and several indoor parks in Michigan and Indiana, to be opened summer 2006.

Thomas is responsible for assisting our strategic partners with the oversight of the construction of their facility, efficient set-up of maintenance and pool care procedures. For existing facilities and after construction, he directs the long term operations of facility maintenance, and air and water quality programs.
