Lance L. Lehr
Executive Vice President, Restaurant Division
Lance has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. Prior to his involvement with American Resort Management, LLC, Lance was the Vice President for a hospitality management group and was responsible for the development and operations of 15 franchised and independent hotels and restaurants to include Marriott and Applebee's concepts.
In addition to serving as Executive Vice President of the Restaurant Management Division of American Resort Management, LLC, Lance is the President of Wings Management, LLC and is an Adjunct Faculty at Mercyhurst College in the Hotel and Restaurant Management School. Lance has extensive experience in the following areas:
- Developing Quaker Steak and Lube & Famous Dave's concept in several markets.
- Assisted in developing the Molly Brannigan's, A Traditional Irish Pub concept.
- Developed and implemented efficient restaurant management systems for several concepts and locations.
- Responsible for marketing, information systems, human resources, manager recruitment and complete P&L responsibility.
