Robert W. Gligora
Regional Director of Operations
Mr. Gligora is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the areas of recruiting, training, leadership, operations efficiency, and management. By focusing on team development, customer presentation and negotiation as well as recruiting and motivating key staff, Mr. Gligora has consistently increased sales and quality assurance scores in all stores he has lead.
Mr. Gligora spent 11 years working on a variety of levels with the Donatos chain. As an Operating Partner he led the annual process of defining and developing strategic initiatives as well as creating and executing all marketing strategies for 2 new restaurants which opened at “Gold Standard” performance levels. As District Manager, Mr. Gligora assisted in the planning and execution of 16 new restaurant openings; primarily responsible for the operational effectiveness, business development and profitability of 8 locations in the Cleveland/Akron, Ohio markets.
Prior to joining American Resort Management, Mr. Gligora acted as a Franchise Business Consultant for the past 5 years, guiding operations of up to 29 franchise restaurants through positive working relationships with 10 franchisees. He also managed the contractual and operational relationship for 7 non-traditional arena and stadium locations including Conseco Fieldhouse, Indianapolis, IN; Nationwide Arena, Columbus, OH; and Smithsonian Institute, Washington, DC.
